Company Description : Wonderchef Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Role Description : Area Service Manager for handling service operations for AP and Telangana based at Hyderabad/Secunderabad. Should have sufficient experience in handling ASC operations & achieving service performance parameters etc. Qualifications
• Service operations and field management skills, including coordination of service teams, vendors, and on-site technicians.
• Customer service and relationship management capabilities to handle escalations, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Technical aptitude and understanding product s, with the ability to interpret service manuals and quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide field team.
• Should have valuable communication skills in Telugu language.
• Relevant experience in after-sales service, service management, preferably in consumer, Kitchen appliances or small appliances industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, technical, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Telengana & AP, travel within the assigned areas.
