Its manufacturing facilities in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India, have a production capacity of 12,000 TPA and are equipped with modern material handling, forming, drying, and kiln technologies. SCL focuses on customized solutions, working closely with customers to design and supply refractories and kiln furniture tailored to their specific performance and packaging requirements. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in the Alwar district. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality control and quality assurance activities across the production process, ensuring that refractories meet internal standards and customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products, analyzing quality data, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions.



The role involves close collaboration with production, maintenance, and technical teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Engineer will also assist in documentation for audits, maintain compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to product and process optimization. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and improve quality systems and processes.
• Strong capabilities in Quality Control and Product Quality to perform inspections, testing, and root cause analysis on materials and finished goods.
• Experience in Quality Assurance to develop procedures, manage documentation, and support internal and external audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Ceramic, Materials, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably in refractories, ceramics, or related heavy industry.
• Knowledge of statistical quality tools, ISO or similar quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Lean).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office with cross-functional teams.
