- 15 years of experience in software development, system programming, application design, debugging, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of C++ programming, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, memory management, and software engineering principles. Candidates should be capable of developing reliable, productive, and scalable applications, with responsibilities aligned to their experience level.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C++.
• Write clean, reusable, modular, and high-performance code.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and execution speed.
• Develop multithreaded applications and handle concurrency-related challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers,



product teams, and other developers. Required Technical Knowledge
• C++ fundamentals
• Object-oriented programming (OOP): inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction.
• Data structures and algorithms, including complexity analysis.
• Standard Template Library (STL): containers, iterators, algorithms, and utilities.
• Pointers, references, smart pointers, RAII, and memory management.
• Templates, generic programming, move semantics, and exception handling.
• Multithreading, synchronization and concurrency management.
• Design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture fundamentals.
• Linux/Unix programming, processes, threads, and inter-process communication.
• Git, code quality tools, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle.
• Performance tuning, memory leak detection, and system-level troubleshooting.
