Role & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Indian and domestic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
• Support GST compliance, return preparation,



and GST reconciliations.
• Execute month-end closing activities, accruals, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Utilize Zoho Books effectively and support internal/external audit and compliance requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:
2 to 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end accounting.
• Core

Skills:
Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, and financial reconciliations.
• Operations: Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of standard accounting principles and compliance requirements.
