Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Manager role based in Surat. The Quality Manager will oversee quality assurance processes for electric wires and cables, ensuring products comply with internal standards and relevant national and international regulations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production quality, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing test reports, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role involves developing and updating quality management systems, collaborating with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams,



and supporting vendor and client quality requirements. The Quality Manager will also train team members on quality procedures, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare documentation for certifications and customer audits. Qualifications
• Strong quality management skills, including quality assurance, quality control, and familiarity with ISO or similar standards.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, preferably in wires, cables, or related electrical products.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret test results, and use basic statistical tools for process improvement.
• Proficiency in documentation, audit preparation, and report writing for internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing quality role, with responsibility for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to make decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
