The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and online research, and scheduling product demos or meetings with prospective clients. The Business Development Executive will support account management activities by maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with prospects,



and assisting in onboarding current customers. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, preparing basic proposals or pitch materials, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine Rentablez’s go-to-market strategy. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to understand client requirements and support ongoing customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of SaaS or technology platforms and an interest in the rental or equipment management industry is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field, with 0–1 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and use productivity tools and CRM software; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
