Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating performance review cycles. The HR Generalist will help implement and communicate HR policies, oversee employee benefits and attendance, and support employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes addressing routine employee queries, assisting with compliance and documentation,



and partnering with management to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination with vendors and handling employee queries.
• Familiarity with HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and basic HR reporting and documentation practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance practices; experience in IT or tech services organizations is a plus.
