Role Description The Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations for healthcare-focused client engagements, ensuring productive delivery of digital marketing and related services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India, and involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing workflows, and monitoring performance against operational KPIs. The individual will streamline processes, support resource planning, and maintain high-quality standards in client reporting and service delivery. The role includes developing and implementing operational policies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant internal guidelines and healthcare-related requirements.
