We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Architect to join Grid & Scale Studio in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of architectural design, BIM modeling, and construction documentation, with a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
• Create and maintain construction documentation (CD sets).
• Coordinate architectural models and drawings with other disciplines.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver projects within deadlines. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
• Solid understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
• Experience in preparing architectural drawings and detailed BIM models.




• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting and SketchUp.
• Understanding of BIM standards, modeling practices, and coordination workflows.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
• Revit family creation, BIM coordination, and LOD understanding. Job Details:
