Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the plastic, polymer, and petrochemical segments.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate leads, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order execution.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.




• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business potential.
• Support product launches in coordination with the R&D; and technical team.
• Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, projections, and customer feedback to management.
• Ensure adherence to company ethics, sustainability principles, and sales goals. Skills Required:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of polymer materials, CPET, additives, and plastic raw materials.
• Ability to identify client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Market knowledge of specialty polymers, grafted materials, and performance additives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Excellent client handling and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a sales team if required.
