The French Lecturer will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French language lessons to students at various proficiency levels, using appropriate teaching methods and materials. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, and conversation skills, and introducing students to aspects of French culture and literature. The role involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining academic records, and supporting learners with exam preparation and language certifications.



The French Lecturer will collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum, participate in academic meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports BLACKBIRD CONSULTANTS’ educational mission. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in French Teaching and Language Teaching, with the ability to instruct learners at different levels.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of French Literature and broader Education principles to design well-rounded, culturally informed lessons.
• Candidates should possess experience in Lecturing or classroom instruction, including lesson planning, assessment, and student support.
• Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written French communication skills, along with clear English communication for academic coordination.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field are highly beneficial.
• Prior teaching experience in an academic or training institute, familiarity with modern teaching tools, and a student-centric approach are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Patiala, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
