Role Description This is a full-time, in office Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support the influencer marketing team by sourcing and shortlisting relevant creators, managing outreach, and coordinating collaborations across multiple categories and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining influencer databases, tracking campaign progress, and assisting with communication between creators, brands, and internal teams. The role involves helping plan and execute community events,



meetups, and online initiatives that engage creators and marketers. The intern will also assist in preparing reports, gathering performance data, and contributing ideas to improve influencer campaigns and community engagement. Qualifications
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and digital culture, with a basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building with creators and brand stakeholders.
• Organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and support smooth execution of campaigns and events.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with basic data and metrics to help track campaign performance and community growth.
• Proactive, learning-focused attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment centered on creators and communities.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or community-building is an advantage.
