Role Description This is a full time, on-site Delivery Rider role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for safely transporting cash, documents, and other assigned materials between client locations and CMS facilities, following company protocols and security guidelines. Daily activities include planning delivery routes, verifying items against documentation, maintaining accurate records of pickups and drop-offs, and obtaining required signatures or acknowledgments. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and operations staff, adhering to schedule commitments, and promptly reporting any delays, incidents, or discrepancies.



Delivery Riders are expected to maintain their assigned vehicle in good working condition, comply with traffic rules and safety standards, and provide courteous, professional service to clients at all times. Qualifications
• Strong road safety awareness, excellent driving skills, and familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions in Tamil Nadu.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries, follow structured schedules, and manage multiple delivery tasks efficiently.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills, including verifying delivery items, maintaining logs, and securing necessary signatures.
• Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and handling sensitive materials responsibly.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, colleagues, and clients in a transparent and respectful manner.
• Physical fitness sufficient for regular riding, loading, and unloading items as required by the role.
• Valid two-wheeler or appropriate vehicle driving license, with a clean driving record and adherence to all traffic regulations.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school completion or equivalent; prior experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage.
