We aim to build long-term client partnerships, improve operational efficiency, and deliver reliable, value-driven solutions. We are seeking a motivated, business-oriented professional who can help us acquire recent clients, develop strategic partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships across the US healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients across the US healthcare market.
- Develop business opportunities with healthcare providers, medical practices, hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and pharmacy groups.
- Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and connect with healthcare decision-makers.
- Present RapidFlow’s RCM and relevant healthcare services to prospective clients.
- Conduct business meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and support deal closures.
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships to generate new business. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communication, follow-ups, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, retain clients, and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive client experience. Healthcare RCM Knowledge




- Understand the fundamentals of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, including medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and related workflows.
- Communicate the value of RCM services to potential healthcare clients.
- Work with internal teams to understand client needs and identify suitable service opportunities. Candidate Requirements
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, account management, or client relationship management.
- Healthcare RCM or medical billing industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including providers, medical practices, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and pharmacies.
- Existing US healthcare industry connections are a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate qualified leads, build a sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into business.
- A proactive, professional, and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Candidate Profile We prefer candidates based in the United States who have established relationships within the healthcare industry and can help us connect with potential clients.
