Job Title: Sr. Analyst
- Workday EngineerLocation: Viman Nagar, Pune (5 days Onsite) Shift Time: 2PM-11PM IST / 3PM-12AM IST Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Workday Technical Consultant with 8+ years of dedicated Workday technical experience. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in Workday HCM Core and Workday Projects, along with hands-on experience in integrations, custom reporting, and technical solution design and development. Exposure to Workday Recruiting and Workday Expenses is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions and integrations.
· Build and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and API-based integrations.
· Develop complex reports, calculated fields, and data extracts.
· Configure, support and manage technical enhancements for Workday HCM Core, Recruitment, Expense and Projects modules.
· Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Support Workday releases, troubleshoot production and deployment issues.
· Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications. Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
· Strong hands-on technical experience with Workday HCM Core and Projects; experience with Recruiting and Expense is highly desired.




· Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP Web Services.
· Solid knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
· Experience integrating Workday with external applications and third-party systems. Employee
