Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential international clients, primarily in the US market.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospects to generate business opportunities.
• Pitch digital marketing, website development, and IT services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial communication to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities. Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or website development sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Hands-on experience with international calling, pitching, and closing deals.
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a US night shift from our Noida office. Salary & Incentives
