Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Shift Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US work authorizations, experience working with US-based clients, and the ability to manage multiple technical requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and onboarding coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Recruit for technical positions across Salesforce, Java, .
NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT technologies.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements as applicable.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback,



negotiate rates, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure timely submissions against open requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining submission quality. Mandatory Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations, including USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, and CPT.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, and US job portals.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and understanding IT skill requirements.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently during US business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
