About Edoofa Edoofa (Education for All) helps international students from African countries access affordable, employability-focused higher education in India. We believe access to education grows stronger when students are informed, communities are engaged and opportunities are shared through trusted networks. Why this is a role worth owning There is no fixed playbook here, and that is the point. You will design your own monthly growth plan, present it to senior leadership, defend it with data and then run it end to end. You decide which campuses to prioritise, how to activate the community and what to try next. Leadership gives you the backing; you own the outcome. Your work will span three worlds:
• On campus: Face-to-face engagement with students at universities across Punjab and Delhi NCR
• In the community: Building a trusted network of student champions who bring in referrals
• Across Africa: Opening doors with school heads and setting up meetings with Edoofa’s Program Directors What you will own
• A cohort of ambitious students from across Africa, activated as Edoofa’s primary referral network
• Your monthly plan for referrals, university visits and school outreach, built by you and presented to senior leadership
• Campus visits and student engagement initiatives that you design and lead
• Identifying, nurturing and recognising your top referrers
• Qualified student referrals passed to the Sales team with a sharp case summary
• Relationships with School Heads across African countries,

• Data-backed insights that shape every monthly planning discussion What you’ll achieve
• Turn your student community into a steady stream of qualified referrals, with monthly goals that you plan and drive yourself
• Open doors with school heads across Africa and connect them with Edoofa’s Program Directors, building a robust pipeline of meetings every month
• Inspire the majority of your student community to become active referrers over the year

Our Sales team verifies referrals every week so you always know where you stand, and goals are reviewed regularly with senior leadership, so they stay realistic and grow with you. You are the person we are looking for if you
• Have 2-4 years in business development, community management, student engagement, EdTech, campus outreach, field marketing or relationship management
• Have owned a target before, built your own plan to hit it and can show the results
• Thrive without a playbook and are confident presenting and defending strategy to senior leadership
• Communicate with impact, listen closely and spot opportunities in every conversation
• Are equally at ease addressing a room of students and building rapport with a school head on an international call
• Work comfortably across cultures, accents and communication styles
• Are fluent in WhatsApp, spreadsheets, CRM and reporting tools
• Are ready to travel and engage students in the evenings, when they are available What is in it for you
