About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, website troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable fixing CSS and JavaScript issues, improving website loading speed, and performing quality assurance (QA). As AI tools are transforming web development, we are looking for someone who can effectively use AI-powered tools to speed up debugging, improve code quality, and solve technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and fix CSS issues, layout problems, and responsive design bugs.
• ​Debug JavaScript errors and resolve front-end functionality issues.
• Knowledge of the ACF
• ​Improve website loading speed through CSS/JavaScript optimization, minification, and other performance improvements.
• ​Conduct website QA to identify broken elements, UI inconsistencies, and functionality issues.
• ​Use tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse to identify performance bottlenecks.
• ​Leverage AI coding assistants to troubleshoot errors, generate code suggestions, debug issues, and improve development efficiency.
• ​Collaborate with the SEO team to implement technical fixes that improve website performance and user experience.
• ​Test changes across different browsers and devices before deployment.




• ​Maintain existing websites and support ongoing technical improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications​
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on web development experience.
• ​Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• ​Practical experience debugging CSS and JavaScript issues.
• ​Understanding of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• ​Experience using browser developer tools to identify and fix errors.
• ​Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• ​Ability to validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
• ​Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ​Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment. Preferred Skills​
• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• ​Knowledge of technical SEO and website rendering.
• ​Familiarity with Git and version control.
• ​Good understanding of website security and code quality.
• ​Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive development and testing tasks.
