Role Description This is a full-time, Service Engineer role based in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamilnadu Region. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain vision inspection systems at client locations, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing on-site technical support and training to customer teams. The role involves regular field visits, documentation of service activities, and clear communication with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and improve system performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting, Installation,



Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess hands on Field Service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills for mechanical, electrical, or electronic components of automation or inspection systems.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, documenting service work, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation, sensors, cameras, or machine vision systems is an advantage.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, work independently, and manage time and priorities in the field.
• Comfort with using service tools, reading technical manuals, and working safely in manufacturing environments.
