Role Description This is a full-time Chartered Accountant Articleship role based on-site in Indore and Mumbai. The articleship trainee will assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and related assurance engagements, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing working papers, reviewing financial statements, supporting tax return preparation, and helping with GST, income tax, and other regulatory compliances. The role also involves research on accounting, auditing, and taxation matters,



drafting client communications, and maintaining orderly files and records. The trainee will work closely with seniors and partners, gaining practical exposure to client meetings, process reviews, and advisory assignments while adhering to professional and ethical standards. Qualifications
• Registered as a Chartered Accountancy student with ICAI and eligible to commence or continue articleship.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic auditing concepts.
• Interest in taxation (direct and indirect), compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to Indian businesses.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting or ERP software; willingness to learn new tools.
• Valuable analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial and tax information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and interaction with team members and clients.
• Ability to work diligently on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments under guidance.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and commitment to learning throughout the articleship period.
• Prior internship or practical exposure in audit, accounts, or taxation (if any) will be an advantage.
