Join Arari Interiors’ Design Team At Arari Interiors, we are looking for technically strong, detail-oriented and execution-focused professionals with a strong command of CAD+T, CAD/CAM and millwork manufacturing detailing. We are hiring across three levels: 1. Senior Design Manager | 7–10+ Years of Experience Core Focus: Technical leadership, CAD+T/CAD-CAM standards, drawing reviews, manufacturing feasibility, team management, project coordination and quality control. 2. Design Manager | 5–7 Years of Experience Core Focus: CAD+T/CAD-CAM-based millwork development, project ownership, manufacturing drawings, material and hardware selection, factory coordination and production release. 3. Assistant Design Manager | 3–5 Years of Experience Core Focus: CAD+T, technical detailing, production drawings, BOMs, joinery detailing and factory coordination. What You’ll Be Working On:
• Developing detailed production and shop drawings for interior fit-out, bespoke furniture, millwork and joinery.
• Using CAD+T and CAD/CAM software for furniture design, detailing and manufacturing-oriented drawing development.
• Detailing wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, doors, wall panelling, ceilings and fixed furniture.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of wood joinery, construction methods, edge details, connections and assembly techniques.
• Working with materials, veneers, laminates, solid wood, boards, finishes and furniture hardware.
• Preparing and reviewing BOMs, material schedules and technical documentation.
• Ensuring designs and drawings are accurate, practical, manufacturable and production-ready.
• Coordinating with factory, CNC/machining, procurement, site and project teams.
• Resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth transition from design to factory production and site execution.




• For senior positions, leading technical reviews, mentoring designers and maintaining drawing and manufacturing standards. What We’re Looking For:
• 3–10+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, millwork, bespoke furniture, joinery or modular furniture manufacturing.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in CAD+T and CAD/CAM workflows — a core requirement, not merely an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and production drawing development.
• Practical knowledge of woodwork, furniture construction, joinery details and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of materials, veneers, finishes, furniture hardware and their applications.
• Experience preparing production-ready drawings and coordinating with factory teams.
• Knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing-oriented detailing.
• Strong technical problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet committed timelines.
• Senior candidates must additionally demonstrate team leadership, drawing review and project management capabilities.
