The company organizes nature and adventure camps, couple packages, and corporate trips, as well as school and college excursions. AdventureCampIndia also provides customized trip planning to meet diverse traveler preferences and needs. In addition, the company manages hotel bookings and handles reservations for plane and train tickets, delivering end-to-end travel solutions for its customers. Role Description The Telecaller role is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform potential and existing customers about adventure camps, trip packages, and customized travel services. Daily tasks include answering queries, sharing detailed information about itineraries and pricing, following up on leads, and assisting in booking and reservation processes. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, updating customer information in the system,



and coordinating with the operations and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Telecaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while providing courteous, clear, and professional communication. Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain trip details clearly and persuasively.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills, including experience with CRM tools or call-tracking software.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and booking tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
• Previous experience in telecalling, travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with daily targets and performance metrics.
• Minimum high school diploma; higher education in marketing, business, or tourism is beneficial.
