Job Description
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain ledgers.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly reports,



and cash flow statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
• Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers as required.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with company policies.
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities using Tally or other accounting software. Qualifications and

Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 0-1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles.
