About Us
Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup fixing how debt recovery works in India. We work with banks, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs) and NBFCs, and the industry has been stuck with clunky, manual processes for far too long. We're changing that by combining legal processes (SARFAESI, Sec 13(2), Sec 14, DRT) with smart automation, clean design, and AI that actually does something useful. We're a small, founder-led team with deep domain expertise, and we move fast. The Role We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our founder on whatever matters most that week. One week you're researching how ARCs price stressed loan portfolios, the next you're building a pitch deck for a bank, and the week after you're turning messy recovery data into a one-page update for investors. It's the fastest way we know to learn how a company is actually built and run. We're big on AI here. We don't want someone who does repetitive work by hand. We want someone who reaches for AI first, builds their own small tools, writes their own prompts, and automates the boring stuff out of existence.

What You'll Do
Drive special projects for the founder, from defining the problem to getting it done. Research markets, competitors and regulation (RBI guidelines, SARFAESI and DRT developments) and turn it into clear recommendations. Build pitch decks, proposals and presentations for banks, NBFCs and ARCs. Prepare MIS, dashboards and investor updates.



Track OKRs and action items across the team and follow up so nothing slips. Use AI to move faster. Write prompts, build small tools, and automate recurring work. Pitch in on hiring, partnerships and client onboarding as needed. What We're Looking For High agency. You figure things out yourself and don't wait to be told what to do. Structured thinking. You can take an ambiguous question and break it into something answerable. Excellent writing. Clear, crisp English that a busy founder or banker can read in a minute (Hindi is a plus). Strong in Excel / Sheets and Slides / PowerPoint. AI-native and extremely organised. You already use AI daily, and you close loops without being chased. Nice to Have (Not Required) Internships in consulting, banking, a startup, or a founder's office Case competitions, research projects, or something you've built Interest in BFSI, lending, legal-tech, or how AI is changing old industries Why This Might Be Worth Your Time You'll see every part of the business and how decisions actually get made. You'll get direct mentorship from the founder, and your work goes straight into real decisions. You'll get genuinely good at using AI to do real work. Strong performers have a real shot at converting to a full time Founder's Office Associate role. If you want a steep learning curve, love a messy problem, and would rather build the deck than watch someone else present it, we'd like to meet you. This is a paid internship.
