Role Description The Video Editor role at Bihar Live is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos suitable for news stories, social media content, and feature segments. Daily tasks include cutting and arranging clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, and ensuring visual consistency and quality. The role also involves collaborating with reporters, producers, and graphic designers to align video output with editorial goals and brand guidelines. The Video Editor will help prepare videos for publication across digital platforms,



optimize content for audience engagement, and maintain an organized archive of video assets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality news and feature content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and professional finishing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support storytelling.
• Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
