4–6 years

Jaipur preferred; remote candidates based in India may also apply. Hospitality niche experience is a robust plus. What you’ll do
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve return on ad spend.
• Drive qualified enquiries and bookings while reducing acquisition costs.
• Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with our content, design, and development teams to improve booking conversions.
• Report campaign results and recommend actions for growth.



What we’re looking for
• 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven results with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical, conversion tracking, and A/B testing skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently.
