Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The Senior Interior Designer will lead residential interior projects from initial client consultation through concept development, space planning, and detailed design. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is executed on-site. The role involves collaborating with project managers, supervising junior designers, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and presenting design proposals and mood boards to clients.



The Senior Interior Designer will also stay updated on design trends and materials to deliver cutting-edge, functional, and aesthetically aligned solutions. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience in residential projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, comfort, and aesthetics.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and review Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
• Hands-on experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination aligned with project budgets and design concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools) and MS Office.
• Strong project management, time management, and site coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in a similar senior-level interior design role; experience in Bengaluru or similar urban markets is an advantage.
