Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Mechanical and Electrical systems as per project standards.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP services for clash-free design output.
• Conduct periodic model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other discipline leads to achieve design intent and delivery timelines.
• Maintain drawing documentation, version control,
and submission logs. Required Qualification and Experience
• Diploma/B.
E / B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Fighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
• Positive command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards (LOD 100–500) is preferred.
