? We’re Hiring | Manager – Finance & Compliance ? Gurgaon | CA with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience We’re looking for a hands-on CA to build and own the finance function for a fast-growing, Shark Tank-backed FMCG/D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Own accounting, month-end closure, reconciliations, vendor payments and banking processes.
• Manage D2C and marketplace reconciliations, including payment gateways, settlements, returns, refunds, commissions, TDS/TCS and COD collections.
• Oversee GST, TDS, ROC and other finance-related compliances, working with external consultants where required.
• Build and maintain MIS, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and working capital reporting for the founders.
• Track SKU-wise and channel-wise profitability, gross margin, contribution margin, inventory and other key business metrics.




• Set up scalable finance SOPs and controls across procurement, inventory, sales, payments and month-end closure.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, investor diligence, financial modelling and future fundraising requirements.
