Key Responsibilities
• Support trading platforms like Money Maker (Saral), Greek, and XTS.
• Troubleshoot trading applications and exchange connectivity.
• Handle hardware, networking, and IT support.
• Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, and IT assets.
• Maintain support tickets and reports. Required Skills
• Experience in IT or Trading Application Support.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and networking.
