Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Surat. The Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project and production schedules, align plans with resource availability, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. The role includes monitoring project progress, identifying risks, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. The Planning Engineer will collaborate with production, procurement, and management to optimize workflows, reduce delays, and support cost-effective operations. The position also involves updating planning tools and documentation,



maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong planning and production planning skills to create, manage, and optimize project and operational schedules.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills and project control capabilities to track progress, analyze data, and support risk mitigation and performance reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, present plans clearly, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in planning software or MS Excel, along with basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or project planning environments will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, organized approach.
