Key Responsibilities
• Maintain highly detailed and accurate records of all stakeholder interactions.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex operational or customer issues.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Solid working knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.




• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
