About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong manufacturing operations experience and a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI tools.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality improvement.
• Conduct process mapping, line balancing, time studies, and root cause analysis.
• Develop SOPs, process flows, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.




• Coordinate with client teams and support implementation of improvement projects.

Requirements:
• 4-9 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of shop-floor operations and manpower management.
• Hands-on exposure to Lean tools and continuous improvement projects.
• Good analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
