We aim to make learning German more accessible, engaging, and useful for real-life communication. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented German Course Student Acquisition Specialist to help us connect with prospective students, particularly Indians living in Germany and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified student leads through online and offline channels.
• Identify prospective learners across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and relevant online communities.
• Build and maintain an organised database of prospective students.
• Connect with enquiries, understand their learning goals, and explain our German courses.
• Counsel prospective students on course structure, learning options, and enrolment procedures.
• Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified prospects into paid course enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and enrolments.
• Coordinate student onboarding and batch formation with the internal team.
• Develop referral networks, community partnerships, and new student acquisition channels.




• Work towards monthly lead generation and enrolment targets. Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and digital outreach.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organised lead records.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in sales, counselling, lead generation, education, or business development is an advantage.
