Role Description We’re looking for a creative, thoughtful writer to join RetronAI’s founding team and help shape how we communicate across social media and the web. You’ll work as part of the growth team to turn product stories, audience insights and creative strategies into clear, engaging content. You’ll receive ongoing feedback and strategic support on priorities, content direction and angles to explore, while taking ownership of writing and execution. What you’ll do
• Write LinkedIn posts, Instagram and Facebook captions, carousel copy, campaign headlines and calls to action.
• Develop hooks, scripts, titles and descriptions for YouTube, Shorts and Reels.
• Write and refine website copy,



landing pages and articles using basic SEO principles.
• Research audience questions, relevant conversations and trends to contribute fresh content ideas.
• Adapt content across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Maintain the content calendar, schedule and publish approved posts, and keep the agreed posting cadence on track with team support.
• Collaborate with the growth and creative teams, apply feedback and use performance insights to improve your work. What we’re looking for
• Around 1–2 years of relevant copywriting or content-writing experience. Freelance work, substantial internships and independent projects count.
• Strong written English, editing skills and an understanding of tone, language and cultural context to successfully target a global audience.
• Creative thinking paired with audience judgment: an ability to explain why an idea, hook or format could resonate.
• Basic understanding of search intent, keywords and well-structured, helpful website content.
• Curiosity to understand unfamiliar topics, attention to detail and reliable execution.
