Role Description The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and producing detailed construction documents for a variety of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors, attending site visits, and ensuring that designs comply with local codes, regulations, and project budgets. The Architect will participate in design reviews, support material and product selection, and assist in overseeing project progress from concept through execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna,



requiring regular collaboration with the internal team and external partners to deliver high-quality built outcomes. Qualifications
• Ability to develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and sections, and translate ideas into clear design documentation.
• Proficiency with architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of visualization software.
• Understanding of building codes, local regulations, construction methods, and materials relevant to projects in Patna and surrounding regions.
• Strong skills in spatial planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure functional, safe, and efficient designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and construction teams, including the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.
Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution; skilled registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Experience with site supervision, coordination during construction, and managing timelines and priorities is preferred.
