Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Vasai Virar. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors, and support revenue growth in key target markets. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align production capabilities with customer requirements. The manager will monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.



The position also involves representing the company at customer meetings, industry events, and site visits to strengthen the company’s presence in the aerosol manufacturing sector. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management within manufacturing or related industries.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop growth strategies based on customer and market insights.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing activities to meet business targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) for reporting and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the aerosol, packaging, chemical, or industrial manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Vasai Virar and conduct regular client visits within the region as needed.
