Aspire Next Academy, Hyderabad (Near KPHB Metro) Role Overview Aspire Next Academy is hiring an experienced Java Full Stack Instructor to conduct technical demo classes for students visiting the offline training center and deliver practical, industry-oriented training to enrolled students. The instructor’s primary responsibility is to deliver an engaging demo experience, explain the course effectively, resolve students’ technical doubts, and help prospective students feel confident about enrolling in the program. After batches commence, the instructor will be responsible for conducting daily Java Full Stack training sessions, practical coding exercises, project guidance, and student learning support. The role combines demo-class delivery, student satisfaction, enrollment support, and daily technical training. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Demo Classes & Enrollment Support — Primary Responsibility
* Conduct effective Java Full Stack demo classes for students visiting the office.
* Demonstrate Java programming concepts through practical examples and live coding.
* Explain the course curriculum, technologies, practical training approach, and expected learning outcomes.
* Understand students’ educational backgrounds and existing technical knowledge to make demos relevant to their needs.
* Answer students’ technical questions and clarify doubts during the demo session.
* Ensure students have a satisfying, informative, and engaging demo experience.
* Explain how the course helps students build programming skills and practical project experience.
* Coordinate with Academic Counselors and the Admissions Team after demo sessions.
* Support walk-in enquiry-to-enrollment conversion by demonstrating the quality and value of the training program.
* Provide honest,



clear technical guidance without making unsupported promises about placements or employment. 2. Daily Classroom Training
* Conduct daily technical training sessions for enrolled students after batches commence.
* Teach Java Full Stack Development from programming fundamentals to advanced development concepts.
* Deliver practical, hands-on classes with live coding and guided exercises.
* Explain complex programming topics in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.
* Assign coding exercises and practical tasks to reinforce learning.
* Resolve student doubts and provide additional guidance where necessary.
* Monitor student progress and help students develop confidence in programming. 3. Technical Training Responsibilities
* Teach Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
* Cover HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development fundamentals.
* Train students in backend development using Spring, Spring Boot, and relevant Java frameworks.
* Teach SQL, database connectivity, and relational database concepts.
* Cover REST APIs, Git/GitHub, debugging, and application development.
* Guide students in developing mini-projects and major full stack applications.
* Introduce AI integration concepts where included in the assigned curriculum.
* Prepare students for coding assessments, technical interviews, and practical evaluations. 4. Student Engagement & Coordination
* Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined classroom environment.
* Encourage students to participate actively in coding exercises and discussions.
* Track attendance, assignments, assessments, and project progress.
* Identify students who require additional technical support.




* Coordinate with the Academic Counselor, Program Manager, and management team.
* Share student feedback and learning progress with the relevant team members.
* Support curriculum delivery and training-center activities as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong practical knowledge of Java Full Stack Development.
* Minimum 2 years of student training experience — mandatory.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
* Solid Java programming and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on knowledge of backend development, databases, and frontend technologies.
* Ability to conduct engaging technical demonstrations.
* Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to join immediately.

Working Hours
& Schedule Initial Phase — Before Batch Commencement
* Office timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* Primary focus: demo classes for walk-in students, technical demonstrations, curriculum preparation, and training-center readiness. After Batch Commencement
* Office and training schedule: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* Conduct daily classes according to the assigned batch timetable.
* Support prospective students through demo classes alongside regular training responsibilities, as scheduled. Expected Batch Start: Within approximately 2 months. Immediate joining is required. Performance Expectations
