Please share your resume on [email protected] What Your Role Entails We are looking for an experienced technical support professional with 6–7 years of experience in cybersecurity and BFSI, specialising in Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and payment infrastructure. The role involves providing hands-on technical support, servicing, and troubleshooting HSMs while ensuring the secure and seamless functioning of payment systems across banking and financial services.

What You'll Do
HSM Support & Troubleshooting
• Perform HSM servicing, configuration, maintenance,



and fault diagnosis.
• Troubleshoot hardware and technical issues to minimise downtime. Payment Infrastructure Support
• Support payment systems involving ATM, NEFT, UPI, and POS.
• Ensure smooth and secure payment operations. Technical Operations & Security
• Work on HSM architecture, key management, and security configurations.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of HSM infrastructure. Platform Expertise
• Work with Thales PayShield 10K, Thales Luna 7, Entrust nShield XC, and Entrust nShield 5C platforms.
• Collaborate with banks and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues What We’re Looking For

Experience:
4–10 years of relevant experience in service engineering.
•

Education:
Engineering qualification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
