Role Description The customer point verification role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibility is to verify customer details and documentation at designated customer touchpoints, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating customer information, recording findings in standardized formats, and escalating discrepancies or risks to the relevant team members & Bankers. The role involves regular coordination with branch staff, audit teams, and customers to clarify information and resolve issues promptly. The position requires maintaining detailed records, following established verification procedures, and contributing to high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.




• Candidates should possess Customer Support skills to manage queries, provide clear guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documentation, identify inconsistencies, and assess risk and compliance issues.
• Relevant experience in customer verification, banking operations, audits, or financial services is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally when required and follow structured processes and reporting formats.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation tools; familiarity with banking or financial systems is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; commerce, finance, or related fields preferred.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to confidentiality.
