About the Role
One Air Media is looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager Intern to join our team and help strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms. This opportunity is ideal for freshers, students, and aspiring digital media professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital brand building within a growing media organization. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts across relevant platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and other digital content.
• Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with the organization's editorial plans and objectives.
• Collaborate with journalists, editors, and content writers to promote published articles, breaking news, features, and other media content.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and post descriptions while maintaining the organization's tone and brand identity.
• Monitor current trends, trending topics, hashtags, and relevant news to identify content opportunities.
• Improve audience engagement through comments, shares, interactions, and community management.
• Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare basic reports on reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Coordinate with the editorial team to ensure timely and accurate publication of social media content.
• Follow platform guidelines, maintain content accuracy, and ensure consistency across social media channels.
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase brand visibility, audience reach, and engagement. ? Who Can Apply?

• Strong interest in social media trends, digital content, and online audience engagement.

• Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva, content scheduling tools, video-editing applications, or social media analytics is an added advantage.
