Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor development, and import purchasing.
• Oversee raw material procurement and packaging material management.
• Develop and implement effective purchase strategies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct detailed should-cost analysis, negotiate pricing, and finalize terms with suppliers to achieve continuous cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage import documentation and compliances.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities into overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Effectively manage and procure materials for complex Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Utilize MS Office and AI Tools to maintain accurate procurement records, track vendor performance, and generate MIS reports. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills
• 5
- 10 Years of purchasing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
