Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Pune City. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and coordination of FF&E; for residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. The role involves conducting site visits,



overseeing installation quality, resolving design and execution issues, and maintaining consistent design standards across projects. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines, and support client presentations and design proposals. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically coherent concepts.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and layout optimization to maximize utility, comfort, and visual appeal.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
• Expertise in FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-enabled real estate environment.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools) and solid presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
