Role Description The Marketing Associate role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. In this role, the individual will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for BETA’s software products, including coordinating promotional activities and assisting with content development for digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, helping manage marketing projects and timelines, and collaborating with sales and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market initiatives. The Marketing Associate will also monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
