Job Description
• Role: configuration in support of our US-based Implementation Specialists. No customer-facing work.
• Core work: Configure (forms, workflows, model types, views, portals, card documents, reports) from documented requirements. Build and self-test in pre-prod, then hand off clean, well-documented work for review.
• How they’ll work: From written specs and async handoffs. Some overlap with US Eastern hours is needed for check-ins with Specialists. Scope gaps or unclear requirements get raised to the Specialist, not resolved directly with customers.
• Success looks like: Builds that pass QA with minimal rework, build milestones hit on schedule, and documentation good enough for Support and Customer Success to take over without walking through it with the Builder. Must-Have Skills 2+ years configuring a low-code platform, strong logic and data-model skills, close attention to detail, and clear written English. Positive-to-Have Skills Experience using AI tools to speed up configuration and documentation, plus HTML/CSS, SQL or scripting.
