Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Greater Noida for a Quality Assurance Quality & Control Manager. The role involves overseeing all QA/QC processes for automotive coatings production, including establishing quality standards, monitoring compliance, and ensuring products, meet customer and regulatory requirements. The manager will lead inspection and testing activities, analyze quality data, investigate non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities include coordinating with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also requires managing documentation for quality systems, preparing reports and audits, training team members on quality practices, and liaising with customers on quality-related matters. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong quality management skills, customer presentation including QA/QC system implementation, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma).
• Candidates should possess technical skills related to coatings and manufacturing, such as knowledge of automotive paint processes, material properties, laboratory testing methods, and production workflows.
• Candidates should possess data and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret test results, use quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, and prepare clear quality reports.
• Candidates should possess leadership and collaboration skills, including team management, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and training of staff on quality procedures.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining quality records, preparing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Paint Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in automotive coatings, paint manufacturing, or a similar process industry will be an advantage.
