Role Description This is a full-time, in office Grinding & Bending Operator role based at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. in Rajkot. The operator will set up, operate, and monitor grinding and bending machines to manufacture precision components according to technical drawings and process specifications. Daily activities include loading and unloading workpieces, adjusting machine settings, measuring components with appropriate gauges and instruments, and ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish. The role involves routine inspection of tools and equipment, performing basic preventive maintenance,



and reporting any machine issues to supervisors. The operator will follow all safety and quality guidelines, maintain production records, and collaborate with quality and production teams to meet output targets and continuous improvement goals. Qualifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and basic engineering documentation.
• Hands-on experience with grinding and bending machines, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Solid understanding of shop-floor safety practices, quality standards, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC and conventional machining environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, stand for extended periods, and handle shop-floor physical tasks safely.
• Prior experience in a precision manufacturing or machine tool industry environment is an advantage.
• ITI, diploma, or equivalent vocational qualification in machining, fabrication, or a related mechanical trade is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting production targets, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
