for Career Counsellor We are looking for a confident, friendly, and well-spoken Student Counsellor to be the first point of contact for students and parents interested in studying abroad. The candidate should be capable of building trust, understanding student requirements, and guiding them towards the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Explain study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations.
• Understand student profiles and arrange counselling appointments.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations.
• Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with internal teams for student support and application processing.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities. Required Skills & Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills; Kannada and Hindi are an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn overseas education processes.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a student-friendly approach. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Student enquiry handling and follow-up.
• Counselling appointments and student registrations.
