Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Vijayawada. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure service standards are consistently met across logistics and customer-facing activities. Responsibilities include supervising team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement in operational processes.



The role involves resolving escalations, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet productivity and quality targets. The Team Leader will also support training, coaching, and motivation of team members to foster a positive, high-performance work culture aligned with Avaan India’s mission. Qualifications
